In a mixing bowl add potatoes, cornflour, cheese.

Add oregano, chilli flakes, mix well and make a dough

Take butter paper sprinkle some cornflour/oil on it, place dough on it and roll with rolling pin

Make a square shape cut the sticks

Heat oil in a wok, deep fry them till golden brown from both sides.

Serve hot with cheese sauce
