  • 10medium sized Irish potatoes
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamon
  • Onions
  • Seasonings
  • Veg oil
  • Cocumber

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes and dice them

  2. 2

    Add your cinnamon and cardamon, salt, onion and seasonings

  3. 3

    Add veg oil mix well and preheat your oven and bake for 40-50 minutes
