Ingredients

  1. 10medium sized Irish potatoes
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Cardamon
  4. Onions
  5. Seasonings
  6. Veg oil
  7. Cocumber

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes and dice them

  2. 2

    Add your cinnamon and cardamon, salt, onion and seasonings

  3. 3

    Add veg oil mix well and preheat your oven and bake for 40-50 minutes
