Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsboneless chicken
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 4 tbspblack pepper
  4. For gravy
  5. 2onion slice
  6. 6-7garlic
  7. 2 tbspginger
  8. 1green chilli
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 10 tbspblack pepper
  11. 1/2 cupcream
  12. 1/2 cupmilk
  13. 1/2 cupkaju paste
  14. 4 tbspOil
  15. 6 tbspgarlic butter

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the chicken. Take a bowl add chicken, salt, black pepper and mix it well and keep aside for 30 min.

    Boil the kaju for 10 min and keep aside and co the grind it by adding milk.

    Take a pan add oil and chicken cook it 5 min.

    Chopped the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilli.

  5. 5

    Take a pan add butter and onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli cook it till the raw masala get remove and then add chicken.

    Then add two tbsp cream mix it. Then add salt, and black pepper.then add cream and milk and kaju paste and cook it for 3-4 4 min.black pepper adjusted according to taste.

    Grainsh with green chilli and serve it.
