Ingredients

  1. Dry ingredients
  2. 1 cupwalnuts (Chopped)
  3. 1/2 cuppecans (Chopped)
  4. 1 cupun-sweetened coconut (shredded)
  5. 1/2 cupsunflower seeds
  6. 1/4 cupflax seeds
  7. 1/2 cupground flax meal
  8. 1/4 cupchia seeds
  9. 5 TbsGranulated monk fruit Sweetner
  10. 1 tspcinnamon
  11. Wet ingredients
  12. 1/4 cupbutter (melted)
  13. 1egg white
  14. 1 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients (Nuts, Seeds, flax meal, sweetener, cinnamon.

  3. 3

    Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl (melted butter slightly cooled, egg white, vanilla.)

  4. 4

    Pour wet ingredients into dry and combine.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet and press down.

  6. 6

    Optional* Sprinkle 1/4-1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt on top prior to baking

  7. 7

    Bake for 20-25 mins until slightly browned.

  8. 8

    It will come out soft like a cookie, allow to fully cool (it will harden) break into desired size chunks.
