  • 200 gAloo / potato
  • 1Brinjal
  • As requiredMasala

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all your ingredients and mix it in a pan with ghee. Fry the onion and jeera till it gets red then add potato and brinjal mix well

  2. 2

    Add all the masalas for flavour mix it well

  3. 3

    Cook for few mins then switch off the flame
