PERFECT! Mexican Rub

You won’t find or taste a better all-around Mexican Rub that this. I have used it on Brisket, Steak, Chicken and Fish and it’s always a crowd pleaser. (This makes approx. 1 1/2 cups). You can sub several different things to easily customize it to your liking such as smoked paprika instead of regular, or any hotter pepper powder such as Habanero (which I’ve used several times) or whatever you like instead of the Ancho.
