Steamed Colour Rice Idlis

Keep all ingredients at one place.soak urad dhal for two hours and grinde to paste with fresh water. Mix paste with washed rice semolina, ferment it for six hours. Then mix salt,now Idlis batter is ready.

Make four parts of Idlis batter, one part grinder with spinach leaves to get green colour. And keep white batter as is.

Grinde one part with beetroot pieces to get pink colour. Mix turmeric with one part to get yellow colour.

Now grease Idlis stand with oil pour colored batter in Idli plates and steam in cooker for ten minutes on medium flame. Turn off heat.

Take out Idli stand from cooker allow it to cool for three minutes and transe to serving plate. Serve with coconut chutney.colour rice idlis are ready to eat.
