Ingredients

  1. 5-6boiled eggs
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 2 tablespoonsOil
  4. 1 tablespoonsginger garlic paste
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 3finely chopped tomatoes or paste
  7. 1-2 cupwater
  8. 1small cinnamon or 1/2 teaspoon cumin/jeera
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder (use as per your taste)
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/8 tspturmeric powder
  12. as requiredCoriander leaves and 1 lemon (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil eggs: To a pot add 3-4 cups of water and 5-6 eggs. And let the eggs boil in medium flame until you see cracks on eggs. It will take 10 minutes approximately

    Add 2 tablespoons oil in nonstick pan. Saute cinnamon or Cumins.

  3. 3

    Next add chopped onions and fry then until it becomes slightly golden.

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste, tomato gravy or paste. Saute well until it turns mushy.

  5. 5

    Now add garam masala, red chilli powder and turmeric. fry everything.

  6. 6

    Pour water as per Your need to make gravy and cook until the gravy thickens. Use salt as per your taste

  7. 7

    Add boiled egg and cook for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice on it.

  8. 8

    Serve this delicious egg masala curry with roti or plain rice
