Steps

In a pan add oil and add the cauliflowers. Fry it for 10minutes. Remove it from the pan and add the potatoes to fry for 5 minutes. Keep both aside.

Now add green cardamom and cinnamon stick to it and also add onions. Fry it for 5 minutes and add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 2 minutes.

Now add the tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, Garam masala powder, Turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Add 100 ml water to it and cook it for 15 more minutes.

Now add the fried cauliflower and potatoes to it and cook it for another 5 minutes. Then add amchur powder and Coriander leaves to it and enjoy it with roti, paratha or rice.
