Ingredients

  • 1 cupma khana
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 3 tspsev
  • 1 tsptamarind-gud chutney/mithi chutney
  • Handfulcoriander
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 2 tspchopped onion
  • As requiredbeetroot for garnishing strands

Steps

  1. 1

    Add salt and sugar in a curd and mix it well.

  2. 2

    In a plate, add makhana, pour curd over it. Sprinkle onion, sev, tamarind-gud chutney, chaat masala on top.

  3. 3

    Garnish with coriander leaves, add beetroot stands and serve.
