Ingredients

  • 225 gPlain flour
  • 110 gbutter
  • 80 gSugar
  • 1Egg
  • Chocolate
  • Strawberries
  • Pistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 150c

  2. 2

    For the pastry -

  3. 3

    Crumb together flour and butter

  4. 4

    Add sugar and egg mix by hand

  5. 5

    Make into a dough

  6. 6

    Roll out dough and place in tins

  7. 7

    Pop into oven for 20 minutes

  8. 8

    Melt chocolate then spoon chocolate onto pastries

  9. 9

    Add strawberries and pistachios
