Keep the required ingredients ready. Roast semolina with one spoon oil for five minutes.Grinde palak with water to paste. Now palak puree is ready.

Heat the oil in Kadhai crackle cumin seeds, add ground nuts, turmeric, then chopped chillis, onion, tomato -saute well till they become soft. Add three cups of water, salt, then palak puree, semolina, stir well so that it will not form lumps. When cooked semolina leaves vessels, turn off fire. Palak upma is ready.

Take cookie shapers, fill palak upma in those shapers, gently remove shapers. Palak upma is ready to eat. Transfer to serving plate.
