Wash and peel potatoes.cut into chips(French fries)put on strainer for water to come out.

Heat oil for deep frying the chips.

Fry the chips in hot oil.keep turning them every few seconds.when crisp and well done,remove on another strainer.
- 4
Now take sausages and pass them through running water once.put in the oil you used for chips.remember to lower the heat.when brown all over.ready to serve.
