Steps
- 1
Put 200g of all purpose flour in a bowl and make 3 small holes on flour. Then put 15g Sugar, 2g salt, 1 tsp dry yeast in each whole and mix all together.
- 2
Add 100g milk and mix it in. Then add 1 tbsp oil and knead the dough.
- 3
Let the dough rise for about 90minutes in a warm place and roll it into a thin square shape.
- 4
Brush little amount of oil on the dough and roll. Then cut it every 6cm apart.
- 5
Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes and put it in the freezer.
- 6
Take out the frozen bun from the freezer and put it in pre-heated oil. Fry it until the color turns to golden brown.
- 7
When all the buns are ready, put it in the skewer and pour the condensed milk on top. Excuse my condensed milk as it was runny than it should.
- 8
Tip: At the end of your roll seal with flour paste so that it doesn’t roll out when deep frying like mine.
