Ingredients

  • 1 cupunsweetened cocoa powder (100g)
  • 1 1/4 cupgranulated sugar (150g)
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla extract
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 1chocolate bar bittersweet (200g)
  • 4 pcsegg
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour (sifted) (280g)
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 cupconfectioners sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the butter and the chocolate on a double boiler

  2. 2

    Mix cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter and melted chocolate

  3. 3

    Add vanilla extract. Then add eggs one at a time

  4. 4

    On a separate bowl, mix the all purpose flour, salt, and baking soda

  5. 5

    Add the dry ingredients slowly to the wet mixture.

  6. 6

    Store the balls in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

  7. 7

    Make into 1 inch balls and place them in a cookie sheet.

  8. 8

    Bring the balls out of the refrigerator and cover in confectioners sugar.

  9. 9

    Bake at 325f for 8 minutes

    Let cool for 5 mins and transfer to cooling rack
