Ingredients

  • 1 kgirish potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cupsgram flour
  • 1 tablespoontumeric powder
  • 1 tablespoongaram masala
  • 1 tablespoonmixed spices
  • 1 tablespoonchillie (optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cooking oil
  • 2 cupsluke warm water
  • 2 bunchesdhania
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes, wash and boil. After boiling mash the potatoes

    Mix the spices, salt, flour, dhania and eggs. Add in the mashed potatoes and knead the mixture till well mixed

    Add in water bit by bit till a thick paste is formed

    Heat the oil. Deep fry the coated potatoes till brown and crunchy
