Ingredients

  1. 1big carrot, grated
  2. 1medium zucchini, grated
  3. 3-4 tbspchickpea flour
  4. 3 tbspAP flour
  5. 1/3 cupyellow cornmeal
  6. 3/4 tspsalt
  7. (to taste) black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
  8. (to taste) chili flakes, turmeric, curry powder
  9. 1 tbspnutritional yeast (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Drop spoonfuls of batter in an oiled pan. Flip after a few minutes. Enjoy :)
