Take a suji add curd in it and add 1/2 cup water and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Now after half an hour take a mixture add little water more and mix it to make a normal consistency neither thick nor soft.Now add veggies in it and salt and red chilli in it and mix it well to make a smooth batter.

Now take a tawa brush up little oil and put 2 tbsp batter on it and spread it and cover woth lid and cook it at medium flame for 5 minutes and then flip it and cook it till golden colour without covering.Our veg Uttapam is ready to serve with ketchup.Enjoy.😊👍
