  1. 5bread slices
  2. 1/2 cuprava/semolina
  3. 2 tablespooncurd
  4. 1/4 cupdiced capsicum
  5. 1/4 cupdiced tomato
  6. 1/4 cupdiced onion
  7. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  8. Pinchturmeric powder
  9. 1tableapoon of sugar
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. as neededCoriander leaves
  12. 1 tablespoonbutter

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl add the rava and curd mix well.add water if required.the batter needs to be thick,but soft.if it becomes runny then add little more rava.keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Add sugar,salt,turmeric,red chilli powder dhaniya leaves,add half the diced up vegetable,tomatoes,capsicum and onion.mix well

    Cut the bread in any shape you like with help of cutter. Take this mix and spread it on slice of bread

    Press them lightly so they don't fall off the bread.add small piece of butter on the top

  5. 5

    On the hot griddle place the rava batter side face down.cook till the time the batter turn golden in colour.

    Apply a little butter on the plain side of the bread and cook till it turn golden in colour as well.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with some chutney aur ketchup
