Wash & cut the both greens.Put them in cooker with 2 cup of water,salt,red chilli powder,green chilli,grated ginger.Give 1 whistle & cook for 30 minutes.

When it cools,grind with grinder.

Heat desi ghee & add chopped garlic cloves, when it becomes pink,pour it on the saag.Cook till all the water is dissolved.

Serve hot with makki ke roti.
