Caramelised Bread Custard Pudding

Take a pan heat milk for a moment and now add sugar in it and boil it.On otherside take a custard in a bowl add little milk mix it well.Now pour this mixture in to the milk and cook for another 3 minutes.

Now at this time add bread crumbs and mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.Now switch off the flame and let it be cool down.

For caramelise take a pan add sugar and water in it and mix it well cook it at the low medium flame until the colour changes in to brown.Now pour this caramelised sugar in to the big bowl in which our custard is going to be ready.

Now pour our custard mixture on this caramelised sugar and steam it for 30 to 40 minutes and cool it down completely and then refrigerate for 2 hours.

After 2 hours demould the pudding carefully on the serving plate and garnish with some sprinklers.Our yummy chilled Custard Pudding is ready to serve.Enjoy
