Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  • 1large egg
  • 6 tbspfull fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 cuppowder sugar
  • 3 tbspmilk
  • 1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F and spray mini donut pan with nonstick spray.

  2. 2

    In a small bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder baking soda and salt. Set aside

  3. 3

    In a medium Bowl whisk together egg, sour cream, oil, 1/4 cup milk and vanilla until smooth.

  4. 4

    Stir in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until JUST combined. Don't overmix

  5. 5

    Using a Piping Bag or a Ziploc bag, fill each mini donut well about halfway.

  6. 6

    Baked in the oven for 8 minutes, or until a toothpick runs clean when inserted.

  7. 7

    Combined three tablespoons of milk, with one cup of powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Dip each donut, set on wire rack to cool completely
