  • 4overripe Plantain
  • 2 tbsVegetable oil
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspChilli Pepper

    Heat up a pan on medium heat, spread 1tbsp of oil on the pan,, reduce heat to low/med

  2. 2

    Put plantain inside, flip sides after 10secs till all sides get done evenly,

  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt and pepper while it's hot, enjoy with fried groundnut
