Steps

Take mashed potatoes,chickpea flour & all the ingredients in a bowl.Mix well.

Make small tikkies out of it.Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry them.

Take them out on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Cut the burger from the centre & heat tawa & spread oil.Put the burger on them &when they become little crispy from both sides,they them out.

Spread tomato ketchup on one side of the burger then put 1 piece of round cut onion & cucumber.Put the tikkie on it & sprinkle chat masala on it.

Now spread mayonnaise on it.Cover with other part of burger.

Serve hot
