Mix atta oil and water to knead soft dough cover it keep for 5min

For stuffing in a bowl add paneer onion,chilly, coriander leaves and dry masalas. Mix it

Take small ball of atta roll it, keep stuffing in the middle and join the edges to make Paratha roll it not too thin

Heat tava roast both sides apply oil apply ghee and ready to serve
