Make cuts on bhinjal,apply some oil and roast it.

Now peel the roasted brinjal. Remove it's seed and mash it.

Mix chilli and garlic paste and salt to it.

Now in a pan heat oil. Put mustard seed and fry for a miniut. Add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add mashed brinjal paste to it. Mix it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Wangyache bharit is ready.
