Mix all dry ingredients, and make a batter by adding little water little thick with flowing consistency. Add peeled sliced bananas in the batter and keep aside for 10 mins, let all spices mix into the banana

Keep a Pan on medium flame and heat the vegetable oil for frying, now put banana slices coated with besan in oil and fry till it becomes crispy and golden brown. Hot pakodas are ready to serve.
