In a pan add oil, butter, cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste, green chilli mix add onion. Let it cook till golden brown in colour. Next add all veggies one by one and cook veggies for 5-10 minutes

Once veggies cooked add curd, salt, red chilli powder, 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala and mix well

Next add rice add 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala and mix well so that all veggies coated well with rice

Close the lid and Cook for 5 min.

Serve hot with Boondi Raita.
