Koat pitha is a Mizoram speciality ,delicious banana fritters or pakora made with rice flour and banana. It makes a good tea time snack.
Steps

Take jaggery powder and water in a pan and mix it well till it dissolves. Sieve it to remove scum.

Take 2 bananas in a bowl and mash them well.
- 3
Add rice flour and pinch of salt and mix.
- 4
Add jaggery water and mix well till a thick batter is formed.
- 5
Heat oil in a wok and fry spoonfuls of batter to form pitha.
- 6
Fry them till golden brown on both sides and serve hot with tea. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top if required.
