Ingredients

4 people
  1. 1onion
  2. 1tomato
  3. leavesCoriander
  4. 1” cinnamon
  5. 3Clove
  6. 1Cardamom
  7. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 2Green chilli
  9. 1 cupmushroom
  10. 1 tspkashmiri chilli powder
  11. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  12. 1/4 tspCoriander powder
  13. Salt as required
  14. Water as required
  15. 3 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan pour oil add cardamom,clove cinnamon,green chilli,coriander leaves, onion then ginger garlic paste.

    After the raw smell gone add tomato,coriander cook till mashy then add mushroom,coriander powder,turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt mix well and add little amount of water close the lid and cook for 10minutes.

    The mushroom semi gravy is ready to serve.
