To make potato filling heat a kadhai add oil allow it to hot then add cumin seeds, Asafoetida, onion make it one stir. Then add tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and stir it very well.

Then add boiled potatoes and mix well. In another bowl add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, chaat masala and mix it well add some cheese.

Take one bread slice apply butter on it then spread green chutney and potato masala.

Put another slice over that spread prepared veggies mixture and covered with another bread slice. Apply butter on it. Then grilled it in sandwich maker.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
