Ingredients

  • 450 gsprouts
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the end of the woody sprouts off and take off any tatty outer leaves. Cut any larger sprouts in half.

    Coat the sprouts in the oil and vinegar then bake at 190 C for 20 minutes
