Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupItalian seasoning
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. Pinchblack pepper
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 packorganic extra firm tofu
  6. 1 cupshredded mozzarella

Cooking Instructions

    Drain and rinse tofu.

  2. 2

    Wrap tofu in paper towels and place under something heavy to remove excess moisture for about 30 mins. Change paper towels as needed.

    Smash tofu as much as possible to create a paste.

    Add and mix in all ingredients.

    Lay out on baking sheet between two sheets of parchment paper and for shape. Crust should be about 1/4 inch thick.

    Remove top parchment paper but leave bottom piece. Bake @ 400 for 30 minutes. (Picture is after baked)

  7. 7

    Remove and add desired toppings. Bake additional 10 minutes. Broil on Hi approx. 3-5 minutes until browned.

I have to try this😍😍😍 when i was looking for alternatives, i came up with this: shredded cauliflower mixed with cheese, eggs, oregano and basil, i used home made ajvar (grilled eggplant and various peppers paste) as topping. It was more delicious then regular pizza, i must say. I love this idea and will try it.
