Take a bowl pour 3 eggs white,vanilla extract,salt and sugar mix and whisk are foamy,beating the glossy,fluffy and hold soft peaks.

Take a mixer grinder jar add almonds and confectioner sugar grind in a powder sieve.

Take another bowl add sugar and almonds mix the mixture fold in to the egg white.

The batter divide in 6 parts then add 5 colors mix one part is white.

The batter pour in piping bags and make a macarons in baking sheets the flattening immediately,gently fold the batter a few more times and retest for 1 hour.

After 1 hour preheat oven at 140 degree in 10 minutes.

Bake cookies until set but not browned,about 10minutes; let cookies cool completely before filling.

Take a bowl pour room temperature butter and sugar whisk then add heavy cream and cocoa powder mix fill in macarons.

Then enjoy Colorful French Macarons.
