Steps

Wash and finely chopped green lehsun and set aside
After cutting lehsun...knead a dough of bajray ka ata with salt and water...make rotis of bajray ka ata...let it cool for few minutes...
Now chopped all rotis in a chopper and mix it with lehsun..mix both (lehsun and chopped bajra) well...
After mixing it...take a pan and heat oil on low flame...
Pour heated oil over lehsun and bajra mixture and cover it for two minutes.....Lehsun is ready to serve.. - 2
Take 3 brinjals and fully roast them on medium flame...after roasting,peel off the skin and add brinjals to yougurt...mix it well...add salt for taste...Baingan ka bhurta is ready...
Lehsun can be served with Bhurta Or plain yougurt too...
