In anthor pan heat on the flame, add ghee jeera crackle them. Add hing, add lahsun adark mirchi paste and stir it.

Add pyaz, stir it few minutes now add tomato pieces, saute them till it becomes smooth paste. Add salt lal mirch powder, add crumbled of rotla and mix very well

Last add fresh corriander and transfer to plate garnish with fresh Coriender and green lahsun serve with curd and onion
