Mutton paya wash good well.All mutton paya pour in cookar add all dry spices masala add salt and water cover the lid let it boil 30 minutes. Put 8 whistle in the cookar. Take a pan heat oil add onion slice 1 minutes fry until becomes golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste mix well.

Add tomato puree mix well add all masala powders with some salt because already salt in mutton paya. mix well 2 minutes Cook. Until will be stir gravy will be thickness.

Now add boiled mutton paya.mix well 2 minutes Cook good well. Now take out dish serving bowl and garnish with finely chopped Coriander leaves. Ginger slices with lemon. Now it's ready to serve with Naan or rice.
