Grate carrot and cabbage on the bowl, add haldi powder, black pepper powder, ajwain, cumin seeds & salt to taste with chopped kothimbir.

Add water and mix it well. Prepare dosa mix batter. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Heat pan or tawa on gas. Apply oil and pour batter on it keep plate on, and cook it on medium heat. After 1-2 minutes turn the dosa and cook it again. After done, serve it with chutney or tomato sause.
