Ingredients: 1 small onion finely chopped; 1 cup cabbage shredded; 1 cup sweet corn; 1 carrot finely chopped; 1 cucumber finely chopped; 1 tomato finely chopped; 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds; 1 tsp red chilli sauce; 2 tsp Tomato catch up; to taste Salt and pepper; 1 tsp red chilli powder; Handful Coriander leaves; 1/2 cup curd; 1/2 tsp lemon juice; 1 tsp sugar; 1 tsp chat masala; as needed Nacho chips to decorate the salsa

Ingredients

4 servings

1small onion finely chopped
1 cupcabbage shredded
1 cupsweet corn
1carrot finely chopped
1cucumber finely chopped
1tomato finely chopped
1/2 cuppomegranate seeds
1 tspred chilli sauce
2 tspTomato catch up
to tasteSalt and pepper
1 tspred chilli powder
HandfulCoriander leaves
1/2 cupcurd
1/2 tsplemon juice
1 tspsugar
1 tspchat masala
as neededNacho chips to decorate the salsa

Cooking Instructions

First of all wash and clean all the veggies and finely chop them.

Now add onion, tomato, carrots, cabbage, cucumber, sweetcorn and some pomegranate.

Now mix everything well and add salt and pepper, chat masala, red chilli sauce, red chilli powder,sugar and lemon juice and curd.

Mix everything well... assemble salsa with nacho chips...
