Carefully cut through each fish, remove all fish eggs and other dark clots, rinse off
-Mix all powder ingredients together
- lay your fish flat then cover the meaty side of the fish with powder mixture
- Incubate your fish for ~ 3 mins at room temp to allow your flour to absorb the water
-turn ur fish and apply powder mixture on the back side of the fish
- heat ur oil and carefully deep fry until golden brown
