Take a bowl and add lentils.wadh and soak them for 4 hours.

Now crush in mixie to make paste.

Now in paste add salt,hungry chilli paste and mix well the batter,mix batter with spoon in one direction to make it light and fluffy.for that shake better well and well.

Now take another bowl and add yogurt to it.then add sugar powder,salt and mix well.

Now heat oil in kadai and fry bhallas.

Now keep them in water.then remove excess water and for serving put bhslla in serving bowl.

Now add green chutney,date tamarind chutney,lots of sweet yogurt,chat masala cummin powder,red chilli powder and serve it.a
