Take a pan add unsalted butter,let the butter melts add 1/4 cup of light brown sugar..keep mixing till the sugar dissolves..remove it in a bowl..keep aside..sauce is ready

Now take a grill pan..add very little oil and grill the slices of pineapple..remove it in a serving bowl..

Once the grilled pineapple is ready in serving bowl..top up with the scoop of vanilla icecream,pour the brown sauce and drop little honey syrup on it..and serve immediatly..😊
