Soak dal overnight and drain

Grind to slightly coarse mixtute

Grind garlic, coriander, green chillies,cumin

Add green mixture to dal mixture. Add onions salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well

Grease appe pan with oil and pour little dal mixture then put cheese piece and cover with dal mixture again.

Let it roast it from bottom then flip and roast for 2-5 mins

Serve with any chutney, dip, ketchup
