Ingredients

  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. 2

    Mix well, everything and press the dough together (for best result use your hands).

  3. 3

    Roll the dough into walnut size ball. Flatten each cookie.

  4. 4

    Bake for 12-15 min. Allow cookies to cool and enjoy!
