Ingredients

  • 1 cuplong grain rice
  • 1 1/2 cupwater
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 2 tbspcoriander, finely chopped
  • 1chicken or vegetable stock cube
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Simmer the rice, bay leaves and stock cube in water for 10-15 minutes. Stir once its off the heat.

  2. 2

    Let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the lemon juice, salt to taste and coriander. Stir well to combine. Serve and enjoy as a side.
