Rava dhokla

Combine the semolina, curd,and 1/2 cup of water or as required water in a deep bowl and mix well. Now add ginger, green chilli, oil and salt and mix well. Cover with lid and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Get the dhokla to idli batter consistency.add baking soda.
mix gently till the batter turns frothy.transfer to the greased plate. - 3
Steam the dhokla batter for 12 to 15 minutes medium flame or till the dhokla gets cooked completely.

Now cool the dhokla for 5 minutes and then unmolded it.

Prepare the tempering by heating oil.Now add asafoetida (hing) mustard seeds, jeera, and sesame seeds.Add green chilli and sauté for few seconds and turn off the flame.

Pour prepared tempering over rava dhoklas. Garnish them with chopped chilli.

Cut and serve soft and spongy rava dhokla.
