Take bowl then add Butter and Powdered Sugar. Later Mix them well.

Add Vanilla Essence and mix once again.

Now Add all purpose flour and then mix it, make a dough using required water.

Make a small ball using the dough and slightly press it make a round shape and then decorate it with chocos, choco chips and choco sprinkles as shown in the picture like cute puppy. Heat the pan for 5 Minutes place the cookies in the pan and cook it for 20 Minutes.
