Put all your ingredients apart from milk, egg, and sesame seeds in a clean bowl...mix well

Add your milk in bits till the dough comes together...hard knead on a floured surface till the dough is no longer sticky..

Oil your bowl, and your dough. Cover with a clean kitchen towel or cling film. Put in a warm place till the dough rises and it doubles in size

Prepare your bread tin, shape the dough into a bread shape, and let it proof for the second time.

Apply some egg wash and coat with sesame seeds

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 mins

You will know your bread is ready, it will produce a hollow sound when tapped
