  • Yam
  • Egg
  • Plantain
  • Tomato
  • Pepper
  • Spring onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the yam and cook it.

  2. 2

    Break and whisk two or three eggs in n bowl add Maggi l, spring onions, pepper

  3. 3

    Dip cooked yam in the egg mixture and fry.

  4. 4

    Grind the tomato and pepper for the stew

  5. 5

    Fried ur egg

  6. 6

    Fried plantain.. enjoy
