Ingredients

  • Eggs 🥚
  • Seasoning 🧂(maggi and salt)
  • Cheese 🧀(I used mozzarella cheese)
  • Groundnut oil
  • Onion 🧅
  • Pepper (any kind of your choice)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash and dice onion, dice peppers and add to bowl

    Add eggs and cheese to to bowl and whisk together

    Fry in pan with little oil until done. and enjoy with bread, potatoes, yam, plantain e.t.c.
